Koya sushi

Excellent, the setting is spectacular, with a waterfall entrance in front of the door, and inside it's truly beautiful, beautifully decorated and artistically designed. The food is delicious; each dish is beautifully presented, and the quality is excellent. Despite the all-you-can-eat menu, the raw fish, namely raw salmon, is truly excellent and high-quality, with a delicious, flavorful texture. The rolls are also very good, and especially at dinner, they also offer specialty rolls with a wide variety of delicious flavors. The service is exceptional; the staff are always smiling and helpful, and very fast. Even the owner, who works the cash register, is always smiling and very kind to all her customers. In short, it's truly a great place to eat delicious sushi, highly recommended.

Already a loyal customer of Koya in Lecce, I couldn't miss the opportunity to try the Casarano location too. The formula is all you can eat, bookable online. The location is elegant, with attention to detail and welcoming. The service is fast and efficient, the staff is young, kind and always available. The owner is friendly and cordial. Each table has an iPad through which you can manage your orders independently. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, well presented and of excellent quality, with the possibility of customizing them through notes - for example, by removing the sauces. Payment is made directly at the cashier by bringing the iPad with you. I went both for lunch and dinner and I noticed a slight difference in the variety of dishes offered: at dinner the menu is slightly larger, with a few more options than at lunch. On both occasions, however, the quality and care in preparation remain very good. The idea of the little tree at the entrance is also very nice, where you can hang a red note with a thought or a wish: an original detail that makes the experience even more pleasant. I will definitely be back!

I visited this all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant and had a truly pleasant experience. The place is beautiful, with attention to detail and a charming atmosphere, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a more intimate occasion. Ordering is done via a convenient menu, allowing you to easily select your desired dishes. The selection is truly extensive, with countless sushi, sashimi, and hot dishes. The service was quick and efficient: each course arrived promptly and was always beautifully presented. Everything we tried was very good and fresh.

I hope they keep the standards high over time! The best ayce sushi in southern Salento! And it definitely beats all its competitors! Excellent fish. The rolls are large, full of seasoning and little rice. I never leave reviews for anyone, but this time I wanted to make an exception. Sashimi also for lunch, without limiting portions! And finally you can also eat tuna, which at least here doesn't taste dead like in other places. Congratulations again! P.s. my photos don't convey the goodness! I even made them in a hurry 😅

Great new addition to Casarano!!! A new, modern restaurant with attention to every detail, one-of-a-kind!!! Fast, convenient service thanks also to a tablet at each table!!! You can choose from a variety of dishes!!! Thanks to the "all you can eat" formula, you can truly try everything!!! Carefully crafted dishes with intense flavors, unlike anything you've already tried, seen, and smelled!!! I recommend trying it at least once!!! I think you won't be able to do without it.

Nothing to say, a charming and welcoming place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. All the dishes are excellent, from appetizers to desserts. Excellent all-you-can-eat with great value. I recommend going and booking in advance, as it fills up quickly! Highly recommended.

Everything was really good and beautiful, from the atmosphere to the food. The staff was very, very kind. Congratulations, I will return and I highly recommend it. The only thing I would suggest is a choice of several poke bowls that you can compose yourself... as you wish. Anyway, top 100%.

There is always room for improvement, yet Koya despite its 4.1 is a sushi restaurant that is really worth talking about: not banal, clean, welcoming and a truly remarkable AYCE sushi for quality and variety. Well done, keep it up and don't disappoint us!

Fantastic lunch! The sushi was delicious, with very fresh and high quality fish. The environment is beautiful and welcoming, perfect for any occasion. Kind and attentive service. I will definitely be back!

Clean, fast, and good. These are the three important things I found at Koya. Excellent, recommended for sushi lovers.

My husband, son, and I went for lunch today. The atmosphere was very clean, new, and welcoming. The staff was kind and efficient, but not intrusive. The dishes were delicious and tasty, presented in an elegant and refined way. The order was placed online with a tablet, and the dishes arrived in just a few minutes. What can I say? We'll be back soon. Good luck to all the staff! 🙏💕

I love this place. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is truly excellent, and the service is quite good. I go there very often because I always have a great time. There's plenty of seating and the service is fast. Definitely worth a try, I recommend it!
